This unique position highly compensates Agents for their connections, instead of bogging them down in administrative paperwork, costs, and liability, typical in the industry standard agent-broker relationship.

As an Account Executive, representing CJ Holmes & Company, you will be representing the sales track record and performance of CJ Holmes & Company. You and your Clients will have readily available an incredible source of information, guidance, market analysis, and representation unparalleled in the industry.

From the initial CMA to close of escrow, CJ Holmes & Company handles all the myriad details of quality Seller representation structured to maximize Seller net proceeds. The Account Executive keeps the Seller informed.

The Account Executive's main expenses will be a phone and a computer, focused on expanding their network. The Company does not require any Agent desk or technology fee, lockbox fee, MLS fee, E&O fee, MLS key fee, Realtor fee. And there is no required floor time.
